Actually, if I were you, I would be fiddling around to see if I can get the blog to notify me whenever there is a new post, and other such administrative stuff while there is not much of interest happening here. I think this is the "Google friends" thing in the right margin. You should also be able to set up an RSS feed, I think.
This morning, the India rep informed me of another exciting development:
The lawyer has talked to CARA, and they confirm that the CHSFS license should be issued "soon." As long as "soon" is before May 28, I am happy with this. I am officially Not Worrying, unless we get to May 25th and still don't have it.
I had several days off, and we have tickets for me, Meri and LiJun to go over, and me, Meri, LiJun and Vindya to come back. Still working on hotels.
I also got the car serviced, the playroom finished, the phone/cable/internet fixed, my hair cut, almost all the laundry done, the bicycles tuned up, and the kitchen cupboards re-organized.
Still to do -
- switch out winter/summer clothes
- finish sorting the random stuff on the dining room table
- photograph everything that we'll be selling on Craig's List
- move the summer furniture out onto the deck
- get a new prescription for my glasses
- make arrangements for the guys replacing the windows to get in while I'm gone (not my idea, but this is when it's happening)
- see if I can find a trainer to do a Board'n'Train with Lilly the Evil Dog
- finalize the Telegu tutor I have set up for when we get home
- pack
I'm sure I forgot something, but that looks doable, right?
